RE: Amendment to section 35 (3) of the Canadian Constitution - Codification regarding aboriginal land rights as well as the right to refuse the province even if it is in the "best" economic interests. This amendment would support the process of ancestral land recognition, provide environmental protection and added support/enforcement from the Federal Government to eliminate conflict with the Province "forcing their hand " with the constitution having the final say and ability to veto conflicts regarding aboriginal land rights using the general amending procedure set out in s.38 of the constitution.
